Pastry dough used for its light and fluffy texture as it is a combination of flour, cornstarch, water and oil and is used mainly for wrapping or stuffing. Twelve is packaged into each case.

Filo or phyllo is a very thin unleavened dough used for making pastries  Filo-based pastries are made by layering many sheets of filo brushed with oil or butter; the pastry is then baked.
